Tracey joined Ridley & Hall as a HR Manager in 2021. She is a Chartered member of the CIPD.

Tracey started her HR career as a HR Administrator within a manufacturing business over 28 years ago, she was a training administrator before this and accidentally ended up working within HR, she soon knew this was the career path she wanted to take.

Working with a good senior leadership team, Tracey was able to bring her skills to the employees of the companies she worked for, this included – People Management, HR Strategies, Training and Development and many more but most importantly she ensured that those who she worked with get the best out of themselves.

In her spare time, Tracey loves reading, spending time with family and oh! Of course, Bingo !!!!
