Legal Wellbeing

Employee Assistance Programme

Your employees face the same legal challenges as everyone else - buying homes, writing wills, navigating separation, supporting ageing parents.
When those things go wrong, or simply feel overwhelming, it affects focus, wellbeing, and morale at work. Ridley & Hall Employee Legal Support gives your team access to trusted, specialist solicitors at discounted rates. It
costs you nothing and signals that you genuinely care.

Why join our Employee Assistance Programme?

Most benefits packages cover health, mental wellbeing, and pensions, yet legal support remains a glaring gap despite being one of the biggest sources of stress and cost employees will ever face. Joining our programme closes that gap with almost no effort on your part, plugging a missing piece into what you already offer. It is the benefit your team did not know they needed, until the moment they do.

Ridley & Hall cannot advise on or act in any issue relating to your employer or your employment. This ensures there is no conflict of interest and protects both you and your employer.

"Great communication from all the team who work extremely hard. I would definitely recommend them, in fact they are just handling the sale of a second property. Keep up the good work."

"Laura was excellent in securing our new home in Redcar. ridley&hall came recommended and we were extremely happy with the service. Laura kept us informed and put everything in place in a timely manner to ensure her role in the chain would not result in any delays. This was a particularly stressful chain and long process. Thank you for calming some nerves."
