We operate an annual appraisal scheme where line managers set objectives with every employee. These objectives are then reviewed at a half year appraisal and again at the end of twelve months. Alongside measuring the achievement of objectives, both reviews are used to discuss an individuals performance against the company values of which there are 8. These values focus on client care, team working, empathy, change management, communication, professionalism and creativity.
Also as part of the annual appraisal process, individuals can request a review of their salary and benefits package. The firm undertakes an annual benchmarking exersise to ensure it remains competitive and that equality and diversity are consistent.
