Work Experience

We have a limited number of opportunities for students from local Universities or those who live locally.

16 + and further education in partnership with local colleges:

Further education students should speak to their careers department who liaise with us to arrange work experience.

Work experience Under 16’s:

Much of our work requires individuals to be over 16 and preferably over 18. On that basis we are unfortunately unable to offer work experience to students in high school.

• “I found my week at Ridley & Hall highly valuable. I built upon my research skills which I feel will be useful throughout the course of university and further employment. Moreover, sitting in on meetings, experiencing what they entail, and the preparation required was a very helpful insight into a career in law. This week has solidified my intention of pursuing a degree in law which will hopefully entail a career in law. We always felt welcomed and everybody we met was very friendly which helped us to settle in quicker and feel more at ease within the office. As far as the environmental aspects of the office went, we were impressed with all the things Ridley & Hall have been doing to try to reduce their negative environmental impact.
