Nicki is an experienced Personal Assistant who works within the Care & Public Law Team (for Child Care Director, James Cook).

Nicki’s career began in the retail sector, and it was there where she began to hone her renowned communication and customer service skills.

Nicki joined Ridley & Hall back in 2006 and she hasn’t looked back since, proving to be a real team player and fulfilling extra-curricular roles across the business.  She is a qualified first aider and prominent member of the charity committee, taking an active role in several Ridley & Hall initiatives including sky dives, charity balls and more recently “It’s a Knockout”.

Nicki joined the Care & Public Law department in 2007 and enjoys the fast paced and varied nature of the work, with client and staff relationships integral to her achievements. She has successfully progressed her career through various roles becoming a PA in 2014.

In December 2018, Nicki’s hard work and dedication was recognised by the Directors with her successful application to become an Associate.

Outside of work Nicki loves to travel, walk her dog, read a good book and socialise with friends and family.
