Adam was appointed Managing Director in 2012-2018, having previously held the role of Technology and Business Development Partner with the firm for the previous 12 months. Adam comments: “This was without doubt the most challenging but rewarding chapter of my career to date having started the role back in 2012 as one of the youngest MD’s in the country. During this period I was responsible for strategically developing our various niches with associated growth in excesses of 25%. We attracted inspiring talent and enabled those within the organisation to progress. This is only a small part of Ridley & Hall’s fantastic 90 year history but something I am immensely proud of.”

Adam is a residential property specialist with over 20 years experience. Adam joined the team having previously been a Partner at a well established West Yorkshire practice where he headed up the estate agency and lettings division and co-ordinated the IT systems.

Adam’s residential team deal with all aspects of residential conveyancing including; sales, purchases, leases, new build sales and plot purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership and equity releases.

His proactive approach and commitment to providing a personal and high level service has proved popular with his large nationwide client base, but with a particular following in the Wakefield and Five Towns region. National builders, a leading building society, housing associations and various financial advisers actively recommend Adam to their clients.

In 2023 Adam was appointed Business Development and IT Director and this role is instrumental in the future development and growth of the firm. Adam says: “I am really pleased to work with and support all my colleagues across the business as we continue to expand our client base and develop our technological support for both our legal teams and our clients.
