Adam Leece
Adam joined Newman & Bond, currently Ridley & Hall incorporating Newman & Bond, in 2010 as a Trainee Solicitor qualifying in 2012. Since qualifying as a Solicitor Adam has experienced a varied workload but has focused increasingly on both Residential and Commercial Property transactions for the last 8 years. In 2021 Adam was successfully appointed Partner within Ridley & Hall and in 2022 became the Property Team Leader within the Barnsley branch.
Adam takes instructions on a range of transactions including both residential and commercial property sales and purchases and prides himself on providing thorough but practical legal advice tailored to each client’s needs.
Adam has a strong connection with the area having grown up locally in Penistone and studying in Leeds throughout university. Through this connection with the area Adam is a keen supporter of Citizens Advice Barnsley and has been involved with the Charity as Trustee since 2015.
In his spare time Adam enjoys going to Oakwell to support Barnsley FC whenever possible and getting outside for a run or being taken for a walk by his Labrador Winnie.
