Carrie Eckhardt is a Chartered Legal Executive and Fellow of CILEX in the Private Client Team, based at Ridley & Hall’s South Elmsall office.  She has worked exclusively in Private Client work since 2015 and advises on all aspects of the area, including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, estate administration, Court of Protection matters, trusts and Inheritance Tax planning.  Since qualifying in 2020, Carrie has supported hundreds of individuals and families in planning for the future and administering estates.

Carrie has particular experience in supporting older and vulnerable clients and their families.  She enjoys building long-term relationships with clients and helping them navigate important and often emotional stages of their lives.  Taking the time to understand each client’s individual circumstances and objectives, she provides clear, practical advice in a calm, approachable and empathetic manner.

Carrie believes that good Private Client work is about more than simply providing legal advice.  It is about listening to clients, understanding what matters most to them, and helping them put the right arrangements in place for themselves and their loved ones.

Outside of work, Carrie enjoys travelling and spending time with her young family, with a particular passion for Disney holidays.
