Whilst the last 2 years have been operationally challenging for all of us at Ridley & Hall, the growth and development of the business has been significant.

Our success can be wholly attributed to our people, who are accomplished professionals and support teams, who deliver the most fantastic outcomes for our clients and the business. Pre- pandemic we employed 85 people across Huddersfield, Leeds and South Elmsall (Pontefract).

We now employ 120 people. New solicitor, associate and partner appointments and internal promotions have continued to strengthen the business and our ongoing investment in apprenticeships, solicitor training contracts and legal executive training will hopefully deliver our next generation of Ridley & Hall legal talent.

As we grow in numbers we are working hard to maintain our family culture and we are currently investing in a review of our values and people support and management.

We acquired long established Barnsley law firm Newman & Bond in November 2021 and we are now spread across 4 offices in West and South Yorkshire. Turnover is close to £5m.
