Shelly joined our Residential Property Team at our South Elmsall office, working alongside Alistair McKinlay and Ashley Sowerby. Shelly began her career in Conveyancing at the tender age of 17, when she started out as a Filing Clerk. Shelly then qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2006 and has over 25 years’ experience dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing including; freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new build plot purchases, re-mortgages, shared ownership sales and purchases, and transfers of equity.
Shelly spends a lot of her spare time with her two rescue dogs, Benji who is 12 and Ernie who is 6. She has a membership with the RSPB and regularly takes long walks at the many Nature Reserves. She is a big Formula 1/Lewis Hamilton fan and also has her green belt in Kickboxing.
