Leah graduated from the University of Leeds with her Law degree (LLB) and completed her master’s in Legal Practice at York, qualifying as a solicitor in 2016. Within a year of qualification, she became a Partner at a firm based in Leeds and London – a testament to her dedication and skill in property law.
In 2020, Leah moved into consultancy work, seeking to offer a more personal, one-to-one service to her clients. It’s a choice that has paid off – her loyal client base has followed her every step of the way, a reflection of the trust and relationships she builds.
Her expertise spans all aspects of residential conveyancing, as well as Landlord and Tenant Act matters, Lease Extensions and Variations, and more niche land and property law issues. Leah’s personable and efficient style means her clients always know they’re in safe hands.
When she’s not working, Leah is usually found spending weekends with her young son – swimming, exploring the outdoors, and making the most of family time
