Ellie joined Ridley & Hall as a Trainee Solicitor in April 2025 and is currently completing her Training Contract. Alongside her role, she is studying the Legal Practice Course (LPC) part-time, with a view to qualifying as a solicitor in 2027.
Ellie graduated with First-Class Honours in Law from The University of Law in 2022. Before commencing her studies, she gained early legal experience as a legal assistant in a conveyancing firm. Following graduation, she worked as a paralegal in a professional regulatory department before transitioning into public family law. She went on to join the childcare department at GT Stewart Solicitors, where she spent two years assisting solicitors on a wide range of complex and sensitive public law children matters, often involving issues such as child protection, neglect, and intricate family dynamics.
At Ridley & Hall, Ellie assists fee earners with a variety of child law matters, with a particular focus on representing both parents and children in care proceedings. She is committed to supporting vulnerable families and ensuring their voices are heard within the legal process.
Ellie is passionate about family law and dedicated to delivering the highest standards of client care. She strives to ensure that her clients feel fully supported and hopes her work has a meaningful, positive impact on the lives of those she represents.
