Ellie joined Ridley & Hall as a Trainee Solicitor in April 2025 and is currently completing her Training Contract. She is studying the Legal Practice Course (LPC) and is due to qualify as a Solicitor in 2027.
Ellie graduated with a First-Class Honours degree in Law from The University of Law in 2022. Prior to her studies, she gained early legal experience at a conveyancing firm. Following graduation, she worked as a Paralegal, initially within a professional regulatory department before moving into children’s law. Ellie spent almost three years assisting with a wide range of complex and sensitive care proceedings, frequently involving matters relating to child protection, neglect, and challenging family dynamics.
As part of her Training Contract, Ellie is undertaking seats across a range of departments at Ridley & Hall, enabling her to develop a broad foundation of legal knowledge and practical experience ahead of qualification. She is currently working within the Residential Property team.
