Ellie joined Ridley & Hall as a Trainee Solicitor in April 2025 and is currently completing her Training Contract. Alongside her role, she is studying the Legal Practice Course (LPC) and is due to qualify as a solicitor in 2027.
Ellie graduated with a First-Class Honours degree in Law from The University of Law in 2022. She gained early legal experience working within a conveyancing firm. Following graduation, Ellie worked as a Paralegal, initially within a professional regulatory department before moving into children’s law. She spent almost three years assisting with a wide range of complex and sensitive public law children matters, frequently involving issues of child protection, neglect, and complex family dynamics.
As part of her training, Ellie is currently undertaking seats across a range of departments at Ridley & Hall, enabling her to develop a broad foundation of legal knowledge and practical experience in the run-up to qualification.
