Lizzie is a solicitor in our Commercial Property team.
She studied at the University of Sheffield and the University of Law (Sheffield) before completing her training contract with a local firm and qualifying as a solicitor in early 2023.
Lizzie joined Ridley & Hall in October 2024 and works alongside our Commercial Property Partner, David Amies, in the Huddersfield office.
She has experience in a wide range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and sales, commercial refinancing, and all aspects of landlord and tenant matters — such as new leases, lease renewals, assignments, and surrenders. Lizzie works closely with clients to understand their needs and provide clear, jargon-free advice.

Adam joined Newman & Bond, currently Ridley & Hall incorporating Newman & Bond, in 2010 as a Trainee Solicitor qualifying in 2012. Since qualifying as a Solicitor Adam has experienced a varied workload but has focused increasingly on both Residential and Commercial Property transactions for the last 8 years.
