Alison Mason is Head of the Property Department and is a Licensed Conveyancer with over 30 years of experience in residential Conveyancing.
Alison joined Ridley & Hall in 1996 having previously worked for other local firms.
Alison specialises in all aspects of residential conveyancing to include sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity, declaration of trusts and advice needed by elderly clients when considering transferring their main residence to family members, and right to buy of council houses.
Alison is committed to providing a first class service to her clients and she has a good relationship with many banks, building societies, builder clients and estate agents.
Alison and her team were one of the first in the area to obtain the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality accreditation (CQS).
