Theresa joined Ridley & Hall in 2019 as Manager of the Customer Services Helpline.

She brings extensive experience in client relations, having previously worked at a law firm in Leeds City Centre, where she was responsible for managing a team of Helpline Advisors.

Theresa has since progressed into the role of Client Services and Central Services Manager, where she oversees the firm’s switchboard operations, monitors new business opportunities, and ensures the consistent delivery of exceptional client care across all departments.

In her role, Theresa works closely with Team Leaders, Partners, and Directors to identify business needs and to deliver training initiatives that support service excellence and organisational growth.

Outside the workplace, Theresa enjoys spending time with her husband and son.
