Theresa joined Ridley & Hall in 2019 as Manager of the Customer Services Helpline.
Theresa has many years of experience in Customer relations having previously worked for a Law Firm in Leeds City Centre managing a team of Helpline advisors.
Having recently transitioned into her new role as a New Prospect Support Manager, Theresa is now responsible for Monitoring New Business Prospects and ensuring the highest level of client care is delivered at all times across the firm.
Theresa works closely with Team Leaders, Partners and Directors to discuss the needs of the business and delivers growth based training to colleagues.
Outside of work Theresa loves to spend time with her Husband and son and holidaying in the caravan.
