Themer joined Ridley & Hall in 2017 as a Marketing & Business Development intern. He was appointed Marketing Manager in 2018 and his role consists of managing the online and offline marketing of the firm. He works closely with the Managing Director Emma Pearmaine.

Themer obtained his Level 6 Diploma in Professional Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing in 2019. He obtained a Master’s degree in International Business Management from the University of Huddersfield as part of the Erasmus programme in 2016 and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Information Technology from the Tunis Business School of the University of Tunis in 2014.

He also completed a summer leadership programme in 2012 at the University of Delaware in the United States of America and was awarded a Leadership diploma.

Themer has participated in many international programmes and conferences. In 2011, he took part in the prestigious Global Youth Summit in Istanbul.

During his studies, Themer organised and has taken part in so many volunteering and charity events.

Outside of work, Themer enjoys spending time with his nieces and nephews, speaking languages with his international friends, going to the gym and travelling.
