Themer joined Ridley & Hall in 2017 as a Marketing & Business Development Intern. He was appointed Marketing Manager in 2018 and has since been responsible for overseeing the firm’s online and offline marketing activities. In January 2024, he was promoted to Partner, and in January 2025, he was also appointed as Ridley & Hall’s ED&I Partner.

Themer obtained his Level 6 Diploma in Professional Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing in 2019. He holds a Master’s degree in International Business Management from the University of Huddersfield and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Information Technology from the Tunis Business School, University of Tunis.

Themer completed a summer leadership programme at the University of Delaware, USA, earning a Leadership Diploma. He has also participated in numerous international programmes and conferences.

During his studies, Themer was actively involved in organising and participating in volunteering and charity events.

Outside of work, he enjoys reading, going to the gym, and travelling.
