Luke studied Law and French at the University of East Anglia, graduating in 2019 with a 2:1. He spent his year abroad at the Université de Strasbourg.

Following a year as a paralegal at a Yorkshire firm, he completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP Leeds, receiving an academic excellence scholarship.

Having completed his training contract at a firm in the southeast, Luke qualified for their French Legal Services department in March 2023.

After a year of niche and specialist private client practice, he moved back to South Yorkshire and built up a wealth of experience dealing with Wills, Probate, and Lasting Powers of Attorney at a historic local firm.”

Joining Ridley and Hall in February 2026, Luke’s advice is rooted in clarity, precision, and straightforwardness.

Offering tailored solutions that meet his clients’ needs, he greatly enjoys the client-facing nature of his role. He uses his expertise to help people plan for the future and to navigate the probate process with care, efficiency, and sensitivity.
