Lucy is a solicitor in the Wills and Probate department. Lucy joined Ridley & Hall Solicitors in August 2018 as a Paralegal and was admitted to the roll of solicitors in October 2021.

Lucy deals with a full range of Wills & Probate services, including the following:

• Wills (including some tax planning).
• Property Trust Wills (to mitigate against the cost of care)
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Applications to the Court of Protection (where someone has already lost capacity)
• Probate and the administration of estates (including larger estates involving inheritance tax)

Lucy has supported many families through the distress of the death of a loved one and provides practical and effective legal advice relating to the probate process. Lucy has a friendly and down to earth approach which enables her to provide clear advice in what can be a very difficult time for families.

Lucy also has experience of working in Asylum and Immigration law. This has given her a keen insight into helping the most vulnerable clients.

Outside of work, Lucy has a keen interest in sport and is a Leeds United fan.  She also enjoys travel with family and friends, as well as looking after her French Bulldog, Pablo.
