Despite Legal firms having reported a surge in enquiries since the COVID-19 outbreak, Royal London warns that barely 40% of UK adults have a will in place. The insurance firm said that, even among retirement-age adults, a third haven’t formally set out their legacies.

In our usual hectic worlds, planning for a Will often becomes a job for the future! I will do that next week… I will set up an appointment and get it sorted…… then life just gets in the way and before you know it, it’s a brand-new year and you still haven’t done it!
