Ridley & Hall invests in technology to meet clients’ and colleagues’ needs

Ridley & Hall’s directors have always been on the lookout for new ways to improve the quality of service we provide to our clients and facilitate how colleagues work.

Our colleagues and our clients are the life blood of our business and the covid pandemic has taught us to adapt to the external environment to have a sustainable business in place.

The directors have made significant investments in new technologies over the past few years. In 2019, Ridley & Hall invested in new servers to facilitate multi office and home working for our colleagues. We also invested in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint, part of Office 365 to facilitate internal and external communication. This was a lifeline as we entered the pandemic in 2020 and home working became necessary for the continued operation of the business.

Feedback from our colleagues was that hybrid working is the way forward and it helped them achieve work/life balance.

In 2021, we launched a new website which provides a fantastic user experience, is responsive on all browsers and devices and reflects who we are as a brand. Feedback about the website from our clients was that it’s very easy to use, loads fast and reflects the family feel that Ridley & Hall is known for.

To maintain a high quality of service, we also installed a 24/7 live chat facility on our website to make sure we respond to our clients as quickly as possible.

Clients can now pay their bills online on our website as well.

Ridley & Hall’s directors will continue to explore smart ways of working and invest in new technologies.
