The government has confirmed that despite opposition they are set to press ahead with increasing Court fees to a lot of Court services. In family cases, the divorce, nullity, or civil partnership dissolution fee will increase from £550.00 to £592.00 and to apply for an Order in respect of children for a Child Arrangements Order, this will increase from £215.00 to £232.00. It is understood that the new fee increase will apply from this autumn once parliamentary instruments have been obtained.
