A claim brought by Ridley & Hall for damages under the Human Rights Act has made the national headlines.
The BBC reported the case under the headline “Baby taken from formula milk comment dad”! , In a damning decision, Mr Justice Cobb ordered Kirklees Council to pay the mother, the father, and the little boy a total of £11,250 in damages along with a proportion of the £120,000 legal costs.
