Tracey is a highly experienced HR and Managerial Specialist and a Chartered member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development).
Tracey has a background in HR and financial management in both the public and private sector. With a wealth of experience in developing HR strategies across large organisations, she has a track record of delivering performance through people and aligning HR support and financial management to business needs.
Prior to joining Ridley & Hall, Tracey was employed at a high school as part of the senior leadership team providing guidance for disciplinary, grievance, absence management, recruitment and succession planning. In addition to which she managed the school estate and was responsible for managing all matters pertaining to the management of the school budget.
Tracey is a strong communicator who supports and develops people to excel and exceed their potential.
Tracey joined the team as Practice Manager to support the partners with all aspects of HR, IT services, premises, facilities, compliance with Lexcel and Investors in People standards. The role also includes managing a team of staff who deliver front of house and administration tasks.
When away from the office Tracey enjoys reading, cooking and entertaining, running and walking her dog in the countryside.
